1. Who we are

Lusty Legends Agency is an OnlyFans creator management agency based in Estonia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@lustylegendsagency.com.

2. What data we collect

When you apply through the form: your name, email address, Instagram handle and, if you choose to give them, your Telegram username and OnlyFans URL. We also note the type of device and browser you send it from (for example, iPhone and Safari), as reported by your browser. When you write to us by email or Telegram: whatever you include in your message.

3. Why we use it

To review your application, contact you about it and, if we decide to work together, prepare that collaboration. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who else processes it

• Google (Google Sheets) stores the applications we receive from the form.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the form to our inbox if the main system is unavailable.
• Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the website. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages. If you accept optional cookies, Vercel Web Analytics also counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you.
• Telegram and Instagram: if you contact us there, their own privacy policies apply.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@lustylegendsagency.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the data protection authority in your country.
