OnlyFans income stuck? Where to start
When income stalls, the first thing almost everyone does is post more or lower the price. Sometimes it works, but by chance. It is quicker to look at four numbers and see which one has slipped.
Each of these numbers tells a different part of the story, and each one is fixed in a different way. If you look at them in order, one usually jumps out.
Are new people arriving?
Look at visits to your profile and new subscribers each month. If they drop, the problem is outside OnlyFans: your social media has lost reach, you have stopped posting on one platform, or a community that used to send you people no longer works like it did. The fix is to post consistently again and measure each platform with its own tracking link. There are ideas in where subscribers come from.
Do the people who arrive subscribe?
If there are visits but few subscriptions, the problem is the shop window. People arrive, take a look and leave. Check your photo, banner and bio, make sure your feed has recent content and, above all, that what they find when they arrive looks like what they saw on social media. Someone who comes from a specific video expects to find more of that.
It is very common to have lots of followers on Instagram or TikTok and few subscribers. It is almost always this: the social content attracts one audience and the OnlyFans offers something else.
Do they stay?
If new fans come in but many do not renew the following month, something is failing inside. The most common causes are posting too little on the feed, being slow to reply or sending too many offers. A steady posting rhythm, a personal hello to each new subscriber and a bit of conversation before selling usually show results within a couple of months.
Do they spend beyond the subscription?
If you have a stable fan base but hardly anyone buys PPV or custom content, you are leaving money on the table. It happens a lot on accounts with many followers and little time for the chat. What works here is organising the messages, noting what each fan likes and reviewing your PPV prices. In the article on chatters we explain how it is done.
One at a time
Usually one of the four is failing, or one weighs much more than the others. Start with that one and leave the rest alone, because if you change everything at once you will not know what worked. Go over all four once a month, always on the same dates. With three or four months of data you start to see things that slip past you day to day.
