Without a face, what makes someone remember your account has to be something else. It might be a clothing style, a very distinctive look, a type of scene, a part of the body. Shots from the neck down, point of view, outfits, hands, carefully styled settings. Without a facial expression to focus on, light and framing matter more than on an account with a face, so a good ring light and two or three angles that flatter you go a very long way.
